I don't know about Gloop's feeling on it, but mine, at least with respect to Brett is so what. He does not owe the press any face time, and if he wants to have some private time now, he is fully entitled.

After all he has been through the last few weeks, the last thing I would want to do is talk to the press either.

Green however, well, I may feel a little differently about that one, but on the other hand, I don't think he is quite as open with the press as Brett is normally, so beats me.

Frankly, as much as I love listening to Brett's press comments after a game, it matters not to me one bit if he decides to take a pass.

I guess he has built up some free passes over the years, at least with me.

<<Showed their true character and a total lack of class if you ask me>>

Give me a break! Favre has done that 3 times in his entire career. After the emotional ride that guy has been on since losing his dad. For you to even question that shows your lack of class. You people just can't give it a rest. You won the game, Packer fans congratulated you and you keep coming. Reid & McNabb deserve a Super Bowl but if the average Philly fan is as obnoxious as you then I can say they are undeserving. You win with style and class pal - something you show very little of with that remark. Look towards the Panthers - the Packers have been defeated

your words are a dagger in the heart of Packer fans

how proud is the Packer Org. of Favre and Green?

I don't think they could be prouder

Favre playing with a broken finger and a broken heart

playing maybe the game of his life, a day after the loss of his father, his first coach - playing on raw emotion

and proud of all the other Packer players for the love and support they gave Brett - support and love for all the spirit, skill and leadership Brett has showered them with through the years - they've played their hearts out for him, astonishing plays since the loss of his father - what does that tell you about the man, the players?

they've done it right, they did it right

imo, few men could have held up to the pressure and invasiveness of the press during the loss and mourning of his father - doing it in public, with press hounding him and his every move

he's more than earned a decline to a press chat after a devastating loss

character and class? the last 3 weeks have proven they have both, in overabundance

they are the material legends are made of.........
