Hey, this ain't a bad question!

>>>How can Howard Dean's assertion that the capture of Saddam hasn't made us safer be dismissed as bizarre, when a report published by the Army War College says that the war in Iraq was a "detour" that undermined the fight against terror?<<<

Message 19685290

Obviously, the so-called liberal media must have had its marching orders to jump all over and dump all over on Dean for making his remark that Saddam's capture didn't make us safer.

Who really did set the media table for criticizing Dean on his comment? Why wasn't there a truer evaluation on the implications to what Dean said?

Or was this simply a matter of a guy who walking into the diner, looking for an ear over ham and eggs, one with which to spread a rumor, or a spin? Funny how it goes, eh?

O'Neil interview on MSNBC at 2:45. Apparently, it's quite extensive.
