I do nothing for the whole day for a couple of months and went to the max. 63Kg by eating an extra croissant ham and cheese sandwhich on top of the usual daily intake.

I though I would start going up. Then I worked flat out -12 to 17 hours a day and I forget to eat- and went back to the 56 KG!!! (my minimum is 54.5Kg in Nigeria in 1986.)
I will PM the URL of my www.photoisland.com photo site.

Work peak gone, in the following two and half months I w3as back to the 63KG again at which my I go back form the last whole in the belt. I again thought I will go north american one of these days.

Had a surgery in one tooth and changed diet, in tow weeks went down to 60Kg.

Now I am back on my weight recoevry program: half liter of milk and two spoons of high protein body builders' stuff in the morning (can't eat anything in the morning) only drink.

Nikko Hotel buffet for lunch and beans rice and steak for dinner to go back to the 63Kg.
Oh, I forgot, lots of banana splits too!!! I love to be skinny!!!

"Don't shoot, we're coming out" - I've been a border case in terms of BMI now for well over 5 years in spite of regular 2-3 hours workout / week. I could do something about my diet I guess, but then, "dont fight the gene tape".

I started now again with a 1hr swim extra per week - let's see if that's the reason for the absence of my spare tyre 5 years ago. I dont think I'll match Elmat's 60 somethings any time soon though (190+ height).

LOL. Kerry, I'd better make sure not to let that infamous "spare tire" ever appear, otherwise, I will be in trouble<g>

And I read some research shows that middle-age mice not only have a slower metabolism, they also consume less calories when doing the same amount of exercise as young mice.<g> I guess that is why it is hard to loss weight when people getting older.

But fasting is a good way to maintain one's health. 2-3 days each month can really make your body get rid off a lot of toxicity. I occasionally do that.

Generally speaking, Chinese do not eat dessert as their last course, at most eat some fruit after meal. And a lot of Chinese start their meals with soup, not western-style creamy soup but clear soup with vegetables, then they tend to eat less<g>

Kerry, I think Yiwu just has self control. Here in Toronto there are many fat little Chinese kids just like any other kids in our population with its penchant towards obesity...
