Then they should not benefit in any way as U.S. corporation since they will not contribute to national economic health. What will happen to U.S. workers once majority of family-supporting jobs have been offshored?

Company receives the tax credit for only as long as they retain the job. Once job is eliminated, the tax incentive disappears for that particular position.
