When a partner of mine died in November, they tried to get me to Lindy at the Funeral. I bowed out gracefully. Ugh. Too much "celebration of the individual" and not enough respect for the dead going on. I've been to several funerals where people have arrived in old jeans and T-shirts with ballcaps on. If I don't have at least a pair of khakis, a shirt, and a tie - I don't go. It's not a frat party, man. And I ain't gonna be practically dancing on the person's grave, either! ;) Derek
