re: cost of film versus flash

Art, with digital photography i grew from 4-5 rolls of film/year to 5-8K photos per year.
I currently own 4 working Digital cameras and print over the Internet on Kodak paper (13Eurocents per print for more than 150 prints plus postage) www.photocity.it
Print Kiosks at supermarkets and print shops tend to cost much more.
I print maybe 400-500 photos each year, but only because i am the official photographer for anniversaries and ceremonies of various types and each attendee wants one.. (not that i make money, i give away prints for free....)
