Ted, Harris is a loyal political soldier, and she will eventually get her payback in Washington. But she is falling on the sword again, even though she leads in all the polls. If she were running in November, the Reps are afraid it might energize the Dems in Florida, and bring out more Dem voters. And that could be bad for Bush in a close race. Florida is going to be an important state again, we're going to be lousy with political candidates come this fall. John
