Well I think you have to look at the law of large numbers. Given an infinite number of universes, it is no surprise that in a backwater galaxy of one universe, there should exist a planet where the sun rises in the east, and there is a life form that walks upright and has words and speech. In fact, there is an overwhelming probability of that world existing.

A spiritual resurrection is not a resurrection, since by definition a resurrection involves the "rising up" of the body that dies. Since it is the body and NOT the spirit that dies, it is the body that must come back to life for a genuine resurrection to take place. Paul says "if dead men don't rise, then Christ did not rise; and if Christ did not rise, then you are still accountable for your own sin. Of course since you do not believe that Christ died for your sins, you are still going to be judged for them anyway so I'm not sure why you even bother posting to me. OTOH... Perhaps the Holy Spirit is convicting you of your unrighteous condition and He is drawing you to examine these claims that Jesus is making on your life today???? I pray that that is so. Greg
