Al, Bush's failures seem to be destined to be measured in terms of Clinton's successes....by your own obsession. Oh please, you're the one measuring Bush's "failures" in terms of Clinton's "successes." Why not just call it like it is, the regular boom and bust cycle that the Feds can only slow down or speed up? Clinton went along for the ride up, then jumped off just at the right time. There wasn't anything Bush can do except speed up the arrival of the next boom, which has arguably started now. Tenchusatsu
