On the other hand, when the US labor force is competing with nations that treat labor as slaves with benefits that are miniscule, ...

Just 5 years ago, we had the cream of the crop from other countries coming to the US to address employment needs in the high tech, biotech and medicine. These people would come to the US, work diligently, earn the good points of their US employers who would ultimately sponsor them for green cards. They would then settle down in the US. raise their families here and pay into the Social Security and tax system etc. Now, these have been abandoned to serve the profit interests of the corporations. These corporations want to make a fast buck. This Administration lets these corporations exploit labor overseas and soon we would have a disaster here in the US.

Is there any meaning left to the "Buy American" campaign, my friend! It is time to save this nation in a bipartisan way. We do not need to reward the illegals, worse still if they are menial laborers while at the same time driving the top notch labor force out of the US.

And by the way, this election will have war as a font line issue. And Kerry is best suited to take on the Bush war machine. A decorated Vietnam hero, he knows how to fly onto the deck of a aircraft carrier. He has been there, seen that and done it many times over in more hostile conditions that Bush ever did.
