Scott, Weight loss is being slowed by sore joints caused by workouts trying in vain to replicate the glory days. Things are finally starting to even out, though. 140? I probably weighed 140 in 9th grade. If I get down to 140 now, my last will and testament will donate some money to Care to Help. <G> jpg

how are the diets going? the diet's ok but like .jpg, my exercycle routine has been limited because of no gain pains. i tipped the scales last night at 181 for a loss of 7, though... so i'm still on schedule, but slightly behind the ramblin' man. as to the 140, that also would put me into last will and testament mode, and unfortunately, my estate is at about break even level since my great adventure into the world of options as the bubble was bursting... but i'll request that my obituary include the werds, "in lieu of flowers"... "care to help project"... "yada yada yada etc." -lepolv81
