Bill can't resist the offer. It is the one job in the World, other than Prez, that he wants. Hillary is not that far out of line with Bush on FA, and will win/lose against a new candidate for Prez, not Bush.

Clinton is the best choice we could have for Sec of State. He is loved overseas. And you notice that he has not contested what Bush has done. The Euros and ME types will accept "nuanced" proposals from him they would reject out of hand from Bush. Since he works for Bush, he can always be fired.

If he rejects the job, it muzzles both him and Hillary.
