I just finished a 4 week study of the Rydex Sector Funds and the 4 dynamics. Both the Titan and Velocity show sharp gains for that period. The 2 bear funds show big losses. This result is obvious, of course, looking at what the market has done in that time. I'm having to change my thinking on all of it. The market just won't go down, no matter what "the wisdom" tries to tell us. I'm still in Venture, but may exit tomorrow with some loss... dammit! Again!
