Hey- I just happened to hear a piece on CNBC about wage gap increasing. I believe this is related to the study I posted to Ann earlier. The CNBC guy kept asking "what about the young/old/men/women/factory workers" etc. trying to fish for some wage group that is not seeing wage erosion. Finally they found a group that was not eroding as bad as the others- women. Men from the heartland are very hard hit as are new college graduates "the only jobs available are low pay service".... we already know this but good to see coverage.

Tomorrow, the WSJ will run an extensive piece on the wage gap that has widened dramatically these past 3 years (the Bush term) and how this is different than other recoveries. (hey- maybe this isn't a real recovery? <wink wink>)
