I don't think they intervened in that particular case. But personally, deliberating between the right of free speech and the honor of six million killed Jews, I favor the German model of banning Holocaust denial.

I am on thin ground here, but if Aus is like New Zealand, there is NO written Constitution. You can only have an amendment to something that is written!!
