Del, how many people do you think will know or care what type of battery technology they are talking about(lithium, NiMH, NiCad)? IMHO, this specific article does not help our cause one bit. Some clarification would help.

How many other incidences do you think have occurred that
were deep sixed? As you well know, the lithium technology has a built-in toxic and hazard problem that only the well informed are aware of. In fact, we, who follow Ener were pretty well convinced that the hazard and toxic problems, along with the extreme complexity in manufacturing, coupled with the high cost, could have prevented the battery from ever making it in the marketplace. But, this is Japanese technology and relentlessly supported by them.
