Ted, are you sure Kerry is going to enjoy his role as the new "front-runner"? About the only thing genuine about the guy is his service in Vietnam, which at least counts for something. Everything else is fair play, and I'm not sure he can fall back to Vietnam, especially when he also tries to hide what he did when he came back.

Ted,

re: Overall, 52 percent of those polled by NEWSWEEK say they would not like to see Bush serve a second term

The more I look, the more vulnerable Bush appears. I think the voting block that will lose it for him are, strangely, traditional (non neo) conservatives. Those folks have the courage of their convictions, and they won't be able to bring themselves to vote for a guy whose fiscal policy is a total disaster.

I also think the O'Neill stuff took a big bite out of the Bush image.

We need a Dem that won't screw up. Unfortunately, I don't think Dean is that Dem. To me it's down to Kerry, Clark, Edwards.
