Problem is more vague, unsubstantiated claims that purport to prove the thesis that all the other evidence failed to prove at all. Bush supporters want critics to prove a negative instead of substantiating Administration claims with current positive proof. It's a case of crying wolf repeatedly - and claiming the wolf is always hidden just over the next hill where we haven't looked yet. Not very compelling for even the mildest skeptic. But we still have Cheney and Bush repeating the same broad themes to tie together people, governments, weapons and events that don't seem to have any firm ties at all.
