I honestly have no idea what metric he uses. I don't follow the analysts too closely. I am even more cynical of their motives than I was 3 years ago.....and for the most part I have learned that most of them merely are parroting(with some tweaking) what they hear in the CC's. If every single one of them was fired tomorrow, 99.99999999% of the people would not know the difference.
