That would be a difficult job. Those now against pork barrel would scream the loudest when they saw the cuts made. Foreign aid would be cut and more wisely spent. Everytime we would do this the liberals would be screaming that we must be compassionate and that what we really need to do is tax ourselves even more. They want to take it away. It does not matter that so little goes towards good.Compassionate people should demand that a greater percentage of what we are taxed goes towards the benefits of others...yet they have been very quiet on this thread. They are after successful people. They really are not for others otherwise they would have recognized that more can be done with what is spent. It is much like those national charity calls we all receive. 15 cents on the dollar goes towards the recipient or cause, the other 86% goes towards fund raising...that is our government. Why do people not demand that money be better spent instead of trying to take more away from their neighbors? It just does not make sense to me. This party thing has people brainwashed.
