tonto, what makes you think any Administration is capable of responsible management of money? Didn't happen under Reagan, or Bush 1, or Clinton or Bush 2. In fact, none of them was any better than the others. I am in close contact with a US government budget employee and know this is the case.

If you dont tax rich estates and earnings (no matter where they come from) the gulf between rich and poor keeps getting wider and wider and wider and the middleclass gets stuck with the bills. That makes for a lower standard of living, a weaker consumer class, underfunded charities and ironically fewer new millionaires. CLinton had it right. It was broken so why did Bush "fix" it? For his rich friends ie: people like himself of course. Why else?
