I scanned your reference, I see the concerns but they appear to be more of a private rights nature then the official document of the state. In fact, I was thinking to myself, I wonder what that writer would have said about the USA Constitution when it was drafted under JUDEO/CHRISTIAN ethics and DID NOT give women the right to vote. We have become a secular society but I am not so sure the founders of this nation ever meant for it to be so secular as it is today. jdn
