ElM, when I was a child, I joined a bomb club. My older brother put up the brains and I put up the money. We got bombs out of the combination. He was obviously smarter than me because it cost him nothing to get the bangs from my hard-earned bucks.

Poor countries ganging up with poor countries is stupid. < Brazil tries to unite poor countries on trade > The poor countries need to hire some economics sages. Or me [much cheaper]. They need to unite with rich countries, not poor countries. The poor countries could put up the labour, brains, land, buildings and stuff and the rich ones could put up the money. Hey presto and abracadabra, the rich would get richer and so would the poor and they would make lovely bombs and other useful gadgets, such as CMDA phragmented photon cyberphones.

The poor countries need a bomb club, not envy of countries which have figured out how to have things better than bad.
