Am Spirit,
Dean has the message that will win votes. The fact Kerry has been WashDC insider for so long is a negative. The Repubs will make mincemeat out of his voting record. One of the commentators said last night that Kerry does not have any stellar accomplishments to highlight in that record. Dean as Governor has balanced budgets, provided children under 18 with health coverage. He can compare his successes as governor with GW Bush's failures in Texas.

Kerry will be called a flip-flopper on Iraq--can't say that about Dean. I understand Teresa Heinz has quite a reputation for being "eccentric" in WashDC. Chris Matthews talked about that last night. Sadly, candidates personal lives do come under fire. Dr. Judy Dean was welcomed as a refreshing, non-political modern wife, while Teresa Kerry seems to be using her Heinz fortune as a President-maker.
