Brian Walsh and Glen Sather have resigned, citing time constraints in meeting their commitments to the company. Corporate finance specialist John M. Wiseman is joining the board after 35 years in public accounting. Rebecca E. A chartered accountant educated in the United Kingdom, Mr. Wiseman immigrated to Canada in 1959 and later became a founding partner in Lipton, Wiseman, Altbaum & Partners LLP, a firm that over the last 30 years, has continued expanding its practice in such sectors as manufacturing, international trade, information technology, and retail and wholesale operations. Mr. Wiseman's audit and intial public offering clients have included Toronto Stock Exchange-listed companies Yogen Fruz International (now CoolBrands) and BFS Entertainment Ltd., and he has served as a director for Arthurs-Jones (now Invesprint). In 1998, he founded Harvard Capital Corp. (now Talware Networx Inc.), a junior capital pool company listed on the TSX Venture Exchange.
