Bilow was pointing out that there are inconsistencies in Neocon's posts which can be explained if one accepts that Neocon has a hidden agenda, hence Bilow's (inappropriate) use of "liar"
You have forgotten c)
You tell me something which I believe is false at time A and you tell me something that is the opposite of what you said at time A at a later time B.

c) "Either this is false or that is false and you're a liar"

I don't believe that it is productive to call someone a liar, tends to generate a lot of hot air.
