I doubt that you will get an apology since you and Bilow stand at opposite ends of a pole and try to push each other over a cliff.
I don't believe much of what Bush II says thanks to the prevarications about WMDs and the later back tracking to programs for the production of WMDs.
You are willing to accept what Bush II says.
Saddam may have sent his WMDs to Syria, Iran, or Mars. The most probable scenario is that he destroyed them.
