I agree that intelligence analysis is shadowy and complex. The administration took those hazy facts and asserted with certitude that Iraq/Saddam posed an imminent danger. If the buck stops at Bush then it's his fault that they completely blew it. Clinton had the same intelligence and did not go to war with Iraq.
