You have to pay as you play or else everything collapses. Who is going to pay off these tremendous Bush debts? The same people who paid off the Reagan debts. US. Every one of us because Bush Sr and Clinton both had to raise taxes to pay off the reagan deficits. Only after that was done did the economy really rally again. It's called fiscal conservatism, something the right-wing has forgotten about it seems.
