Give a man a fish, and he'll eat it. Teach a man to fish, and he'll start a political movement to get subsidies for perserving the the "sea's endangered wildlife" from Democrat socialists...

Not true, Thomas.
Howard Dean has it correct about jobs being outsourced to slave-wage labor in 3rd world. These jobs now include IT, Medical field, Legal svcs, etc.

Dean says the WTO & NAFTA have enabled multi-national corps to exploit 3rd world low-wage labor but has not addressed effects of that phenomenon on rights of American workers. It's the trademark of Bush Adm that large corporation's concerns get addressed but average citizens difficulties as a result of trade policy are ignored. He compares it to the U.S. post McKinley Adm when Teddy Roosevelt had to retrieve U.S. gov from clutches of capitalist monopolies & return it to the people.

Are you seriously suggesting those IT workers whose jobs were exported to India, need additional training in order to find another job. What will prevent the "new" job from being outsourced as well?
