This book confirms and adds to the incredible information about alternative medicine. The ISBN number is: 0-06-018372-1. Miracle Cures by Jean Carper. The book is hyped (of course)...but the writing is clear and well researched.

Aside from many many other supplements, I now take 300 mg of Q10 per day...

I do not dismiss the importance of medicine and science. But it is foolish to misinterpret the incredibly pleasant seafood, wine, and pheasant that the pharmaceutical interests give doctors in Puerto Rico and anywhere else. One should look both left and right, I guess!

I am so glad that so many spices are considered so healthy. I love using spices. So good! :-)
