It is a good thing to find better, innovative ways of doing things - eg. software that does the job of an expensive lawyer. It would be a completely different and NOT a good thing if many of the jobs lawyers do were given to foreigners who have not come up with an innovative way to do lawyering, nor necessarily do it as well, just much much cheaper.

Pretty much anything can be done better and cheaper with enough slave labors.

Egypt managed to build the pyramids.

Many of people who lose their jobs to out sourcing become new entrepreneurs that remain counted as those among the unemployed.

If your job is the one that's lost, then you can either come up with a better way to do it or do something else.
