Jim,
I can't see chasing much.
It's sort of like trying to buy hi-techs near the end of 1999. They ran strong for another 3 months before giving back all the excess and then another 20%.
I wouldn't be surprised to see another 10% gain before the retrenchment, as I can't call a top.
