Tim, the form of government in the USA is a function of what the electorate wants. They obviously want Big Government in the form of Washington or they would be voting for a Libertarian political party. That seems to be typical of electorates around the world to a greater or lesser extent. People like Big Government running their lives, and that includes people living in the Land of the Free [giggle] and Brave [snicker]. Mqurice
