Spider, Rico needs to mellow out a little. He is not holding his own on posting. I guess he

yes, it will take one more meeting tommorow. the stock will be returned with no concessions from aznt. aznt will file an 8K for disclosure when stock is returned. all expect this to be wrapped up tommorow.

ok. it is done deal. there is just matter of phone call today from what i hear. reasonong dtc
& citibank wish to return stock is because of year-end audit. how can dtc account for those
4mm shares? there will be a release or 8k very soon to disclose reciept of the stock. dtc
must return stock because lawyer isaac montel goes to isreal thru jan.1, stock must be
returned before then! in fact it was returned last night. just semantics today. i will fill you
in when stock is in hand.

everybody waits for qualey to get into the office. the agreement was typed & faxed
yesterday for dtc to sign. today we wait for qualey to get to the office so we can hear if
stock is returned & freeze lifted so co. can put out a release. more patience is required. just
a little longer.

dtc has just today to deliver. dtc lawyers insist they will come through today. we must be
patient. i believe dtc is being hassled by those wholesalers who will be affected by return of
the stock & lift of the freeze. I have no idea about what news will be released the 17th i
only hear it is very good news. let us be patient & see what transpires today.

they are probably receiving from the wholesalers. They can return now or return it later
with attorneys fees attached. The stock price is holding and that is a good sign. Patiently

Well, I just got word. I guess everybody is dumb founded that the DTC did not comply
like they said they would. They still have tomorrow if they change their mind. What a
blow to most of us awaiting what was thought a sure thing. Well, we will just have to wait
a couple weeks for the judgement and the force of return of shares. I still don't understand
the news regarding the 17th...nothing new. The pressure must have been too much for the
DTC to handle I guess, SHIT.

No and I am sorry if I misled you. There were terms on the stipulation regarding the time
which they had to comply. I must figure they have changed their mind. I heard that AZNT
still hopes tomorrow they will hear something but are dumb founded that it did not happen
today. It is a definite cross your fingers situation now I believe. Of course as you know, it
is far from over! Lets see what happens tomorrow before we loose momentum again.

i am under the impression that isaac montel is very close with wholesalers of aznt who are
short the stock, imo, by borrowing stock from dtc. i can't prove this but it is my suspicion.
it is strange they have not honored the agreement. i can only think it is because of these
wholesalers applyong pressure. what did you hear?

I heard that the DTC has not returned the Stipulation and that AZNT is dumb-founded.
AZNT had thought it was a done deal. AZNT hopes today it will happen, I said HOPES!
