He may have been correct....but given Kay's finding regarding Saddam's keeping a "warm base" for starting such programs up as soon as the heat was off.....its really a moot point....the only way to be sure there was no WMD threat was to remove Saddam...... Bush had it exactly right. The decision was a prudent one in a post 9/11 world.
