As usual, you have not a clue as to what I said....

Dr. Kay's report has already substantiated the threat that Saddam presented. Kay indicated in his tstimony that he feels there are no WMD stockpiles but as his report makes clear there was lots of WMD related activity, clandestine labs, etc........Bush was right and made the prudent decision to take out Saddam and end the threat once and for all.....as for stockpiles...Kay may or may not be right.....time will tell.....post 91 Gulf War it took four years to get to the bottom of matters....I certainly respect his opinion but IMO it is too early to make the call.....in the end...as it turns out from Kay's report.....it is clear Bush made a prudent decision and if US intel was inaccurate, they certainly had plenty of company......on balance...Kay's report supports the decision to take out Saddam.....it does not undermine it....

The Iraq War ended the WMD program. The program was proven and everyone, including the lefties, agree that it existed nine months ago, but now doesn't. Everyone agrees the threat has been removed. It was in Libya.

It is possible that Dr. Kay is correct. However, the scenario laid out about the border transfer, though not wholly verifiable for now, is plausible. He did not say it was discredited, he said he could not prove it. That is why I said his position on the matter is premature.

If you are going to credit Dr. Kay, by the way, remember that he found Iraq in substantial violation of UN mandates, and that he considers the war worthwhile, on the basis of what he did find........
