Build the plant, then hire the employees. Build the Walmart, then hire the employees. Build the network, then hire the sales force to sell it. Build the switch, then hire the support infrastructure to assist the customers. Build something, then leverage what is built through people. A basic principle.

That's where I was coming from.

"No US employees = no oracle "seat licenses". Everything is procured out of india now at very low ASPs. No US employees means lower enterprise networking traffic I would imagine. Certainly less PCs, routers etc."

That was not my experience in setting up just such an offshore operation. The same equipment was required there and was often purchased here and shipped there. If it was purchased from India, it was still the same equipment and purchased from here. Seat licenses were also required and purchased here or from there. If anything, more capex was required because of the operation being offshore.
