Yep. That was terrible. He gave the Arabs the stick to beat the Israelis with. I am going to post that remark on his "comment" blog.

I emailed Andrew Sullivan the following.

"The Mass court decision was good news but a bad Court decision. Liberal Judges legislating. A wedge issue for Blacks and Latinos."

Got this answer back a couple of hours later.

i guess you were opposed to brown verssus board of education as well.
separate but equal.
