You know, I read that courts ruling in total. Honest to God, if you read it all and their thoughts behind it, I believe I could marry my Male DOG. Check it out if you think I am BSing. Now, could I then get the tax deductions? jdn

That reads to me like Bush is against gay marriage, but would leave it to the states as to gay civil unions ("to determine their own legal, contractual arrangements"). This is essentially the position of the dems, imo, so it probably won't be an issue in the election.
