If Bush claims he never said, "Iraq is an imminent threat" and the author shows 30 quotes proving Bush never said it, does that make the author an imbecile?

Although I can't remember the word "imminent threat" being used by Bush, I do remember the lack of patience by the administration with Hans Bliz needing months to complete the inspection process.

That is what I never liked. Rush to go to war. Preventive war doctrine.
