Never underestimate the ability of a demague politician to make ignorant people think that he/she is going to save them from evil. Look at Crown Resources in Washington state - USA. A vote hungry politician can convince ignorant groups that that the sun will kill them - or whatever. I know nothing of Argentinian politics other than politicians there have ruined a wonderful counry - I have been there. Bob
