Kerry's book dealt with int'l crime syndicates. Terrorism was a minor topic and he seemed to have no other ideas than those practiced by the Clinton adm. And we all know how effective those were. the old Svoeit stockpiles of WMD's which are a far more likely threat than anything Saddam was ever doing. Actually Saddam had a nuclear reactor till the Israelis destroyed it. He could have had another if sactions were dropped as that Pakistani scientist was selling the technology to anyone with the money to pay for it. What has Kerry proposed to do about Soviet nukes?
