On Meet the Press, Bush condemned himself with this reply: "See, free societies are societies that don't develop weapons of mass terror and don't blackmail the world." Bush blackmailed the world with his "weapons of mass terror". Hu Jintao, president of China, called Bush's pre-war threats "bullying". And we know Bush blackmailed countries into capitulating to his course of action with threats of withdrawal of aid, blackballing, etc. He bribed other countries into supporting him.

Bush also lied saying the WMD commission was due to report in 2005 because Bush wanted them to take thei time and get it right. Any idiot knows it was put off until 2005 to be after the election. Any idiot also knows it's not an independent commission. He only picked Dems who like him.

The second graph in this article by the Heritage foundation shows the figures about discretionary spending:

Russert should have asked him to define discretionary.
