With regard to Saddam, you have to remember that US ruling circles and media have relentlessly demonized him for 15 years. So naturally many people are going to think he was a threat. They do not know anything except what the media tells them.

i would love to know whether he actually beleives he is a threat or i paid to say so. I guess some combo of the two....
