Of course we have Kennedy and France to thank for getting into Vietnam. I wasn't there, but I think the war was lost due to mismanagement and the enemy being emboldened by American protestors. The important thing to learn from Vietnam is that we can't give aid and comfort to the enemy and expect to win a war. Terrorists everywhere are hoping Bush loses in November and that's a fact Americans should consider. JDN is a Vietnam vet. Ask him what he thinks.
