Tom, Some cars do appreciate. 1957 Chevys, for example, and 1935 Mercedes Phaetons and most Packards and lots of Rollers. I haven't studied whether or not these collectibles actually beat inflation, though.

Gee, you would think that a McMansion would use real wood.
