got back a few hours ago nice to spend 10 days with sun and palm trees instead of ice and snow but seeing Belize, Costa Rica, and Panama close up makes home look great; sad to see every home and shack with constitina (sp) wire all around kind of surprised there were so few trades here last week on my part made some trades from the ship internet but over 6 trading days my ENTIRE portfolio change was a huge plus $600 but that made up for a loss at blackjack of drum roll $95 (wife won) playing 2-5 hours a day for 8 days came in second place in the BJ tournament (64 players) 1st place won $500 2nd got a tee shirt and oh, by the way did I say GO PATS!!!!!!!!!!!! man what a game ship had a bar with 12, 42" plazmas to watch it and oh, by the way did I say GO PATS!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thank you guys for best wishes in the last week. I am feeling better: have not had an attack in three days. It might be the case that I was suffering from panic attacks that were caused by the vertigo from the inner ear infection. They have put me on some beta blockers and clonozepam (antipanic drug) and I am feeling better than I did in a long time. Do you know that they thing panic attacks have a biological origin: something is not working right in your brain stem ? wiesia
