Karen: I guess what it comes down to is that your are a Federalist and I am a Jeffersonian Democrat. I would put my trust in the people before I would 9 dictators. I suppose, you think, the court's interpretation of the constitution, right or wrong, is better than trusting the people. I certainly agree that either way has its faults, but I would suggest that if we are going to have tyranny I, for one, would prefer the tyranny of the majority, rather than the tyranny of the Court.
