You seem very savvy so I must assume you've tried feverfew and it just did not work for you. I have read miraculous stories about suffering being ended, though...

I've never used pygeum, but it is now on the list!

I understand the inconsistency thing very well. I tend to buy in bulk when sales occur. For instance, I have enough Folic acid for a couple of years and likewise for some other supplements. But I am currently out of B12.

Mine are all in separate pills, although I have an ordinary super multi. I've seen web sites where everything is put together (as a powder)...and it is sort of tempting, in spite it is never perfect.

One I wish to start is grape-fruit powder. Apparently it cleans the arteries out in days.

"bioflavenoids (which I see isn't on your list) are all headache triggers.

I ought to be supplementing them, it is true. I do get a lot of quercetin from red wine and onions--2 of my favourite foods
